How to Completely Change Your Workout Routine

If you have been watching my instagram stories, you have learned that I am a fitness enthusiast. Working out has always been apart of my life. I have learned even more this year that it is the best way i get rid of frustration  sadness, uneasiness, etc. It has been key to helping me have a joyful and balanced life. I usually go to the gym at five thrity in the morning. Lately though I have found myself in a gym rut. This is usually when you do the same thing day in and day out. After a while depending on who you are you get bored, it also triggers a plateau for your body. Now you have to figure out how to get out of this hole before it's too late.

 To get out of this hole of a rut I decided to take up yoga. In a week our body is able to memorize a routine and get comfortable again. This is why we need to shake things up a bit. So once great way to avoid this is taking a class like yoga, swimming, kickboxing, pilates, etc. I come to know that fitness is about constantly making your body uncomfortable in order to achieve greatness!

For a while I wanted to join a yoga class but I needed a class cater specifically to stretching without the add religion aspect. It's very important for me to protect my spirit from anything that is not align with Christ. I also needed something in my price point. Finally I ended up finding a place called Yogatothepeople. There entire focus is about learning and loving your body through the stretching. There is no chanting or religious notions which I love and it’s only eight dollars. Perfect for my wallet. The main class I go to is the Hot Yoga, it relaxes my body a lot. I have seen my body change tremendously! I have more flexibility, strengthen and added bonus, been able to fall in love with my body through the process. It has made me look at every inch of me and say body I love you! Thank you for getting me through my day.

It’s important that we take care of this temple God has given us. Even if it’s just five minutes a day, start there and grow. Another way to give you motivation too head to the gym is workout clothes.

I don't know about you but I love shopping for new clothes. There are so many cute workout gear, how can't you not want to put it into use. I especially love the feeling I get when I go down a size and now have to buy new leggings. With new workout clothes it’s even more evident when you loss weight because the waist band doesn’t fit and you begin to have fabric rolls in your leggings. Here are some of my favorites I’m looking to add to my athletic wear wardrobe.
